NRGscapes LAB makes selected research resources available so stakeholders can see how our data, coding, modelling and analytical workflows are structured. Where appropriate, we publish not only papers and reports, but also the supporting Excel workbooks used to organise references, code observations, test patterns, generate charts and preserve uncertainty.
This page provides access to the workbook resources linked to three major research streams: boundary-layer UAP signatures, structured anomalous experiencer data, and infrared orb–rod morphology. Each workbook is intended to make the research process more transparent, auditable and useful for reviewers, collaborators, funders and technical stakeholders.

Boundary-layer UAP signatures workbook
Mapping Boundary-layer Features in
Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena
(UAP)
This workbook supports the published boundary-layer UAP signatures paper. It organises the reference corpus into thematic categories, maps recurring boundary-layer features, scores links to resonance-based theoretical concepts, and generates dashboard-style summaries.
It is included here so stakeholders can see how the literature review was structured, how recurring signatures were coded, and how the paper’s thematic and quantitative outputs were developed from a transparent Excel workflow.

Structured Anomalous Experience Workbook
Structured Patterns in Anomalous Experience: A Longitudinal Developmental Analysis of a UAP Experiencer Dataset
This workbook supports the experiencer dataset paper currently in press. It contains the structured analytical framework used to organise a longitudinal anomalous experience dataset into primary encounters, sub-phases, developmental stages, category totals, life-period matrices and chart-ready outputs.
It is included here to show how narrative material was converted into a structured, auditable and quantitatively analysable format while preserving the layered nature of the experience record.

Infrared Orb–Rod Morphology Workbook
Transverse Conservation, Axial Regime Separation, and Apparent Motion Envelopes in Orb–Rod Luminous UAP Forms
This workbook supports the orb morphology paper currently in review. It converts replicated pixel measurements from infrared field imagery into angular dimensions, modelled size envelopes, elevation envelopes, aspect-ratio outputs, velocity summaries and chart-ready results.
The workbook is designed to keep interpretation assumption-bounded. It does not claim true size, altitude, range, velocity or origin from single-camera footage. Instead, it shows how measured pixel geometry can be converted into transparent modelling envelopes that can be tested, reviewed and improved through future multi-sensor fieldwork.
These workbooks are not presented as final proof of interpretation. They are provided as transparent research tools. Stakeholders can use them to inspect the structure of the analysis, review assumptions, understand how figures and summaries were generated, and identify where future collaboration, replication or instrumentation could strengthen the research pathway.
Why all this matters
Transparency matters because UAP research cannot rely only on conclusions. Stakeholders need to see how data were organised, how coding decisions were made, how uncertainty was handled, and how figures and interpretations were produced.
By making selected iterations of workbooks available, NRGscapes LAB provides a clearer pathway from observation or narrative material through to structured analysis, modelling, visualisation and publication. This helps reviewers, collaborators, funders and technical partners evaluate the work at the level of method, not just message.
Pixel Geometry Analysis Package Guide
Field Guide, Mathematics Supplement, and Companion Workbook for Luminous Object Measurement
Pixel Geometry Field & Lab Guide
The Pixel Geometry Field & Lab Guide is the main practical handbook for applying the NRGscapes LAB pixel-to-geometry workflow in the field and during post-capture analysis. It explains how to record camera settings, document frame rate and reference lines, export native-resolution frames, measure luminous objects in pixels, apply replicate frame measurements, and convert those values into angular size, morphology, size-envelope, elevation-envelope, and apparent transverse motion outputs. The guide is closely linked to the companion Excel workbook and mathematics supplement, showing users how to move from field capture through to structured data entry, confidence intervals, summary tables, graphs, and reviewer-safe interpretation. It is designed for stakeholders, researchers, field observers, educators, funders, and reviewers who need a clear, repeatable method for documenting luminous object observations without over-claiming true distance, altitude, physical size, or velocity from single-camera footage.
Pixel Geometry Mathematics Supplement
The Pixel Geometry Mathematics Supplement provides the technical foundation behind the Field & Lab Guide and companion Excel workbook. It explains the geometry, trigonometry, field-of-view mapping, angular conversion, small-angle approximation, horizon and frame-centre modelling, elevation envelopes, uncertainty handling, replicate-measurement logic, confidence intervals, and frame-sequence velocity calculations that support the workflow. This supplement is intended for readers who want to understand the mathematical reasoning behind the method, including how pixel measurements become angular values, how assumed ranges and camera tilt are used to model size and height envelopes, and how centroid movement across frames can be converted into angular speed and range-assumed apparent transverse speed.
UAP Video & Imaging Evidence Intake Toolkit
This toolkit supports the intake, preservation, screening and documentation of UAP-related footage before it enters more advanced image-analysis or modelling workflows.
Technical Guide — UAP Video & Imaging Intake Protocol
The NRGscapes LAB UAP Video & Imaging Intake Protocol is the main technical guide for handling new video or imaging evidence from the moment it is received through to publication-ready reporting. It outlines the full evidentiary workflow, including case ID creation, original file preservation, chain of custody, metadata extraction, file hashing, sighting geometry, frame extraction, astronomy screening, aviation and ADS-B checks, local operations review, satellite and space-debris screening, weather/environmental checks, sensor artefact screening, known-object controls, conventional identification matrices, and advanced image analysis. The guide is designed to support transparent, repeatable, and reviewer-ready handling of UAP-related footage before interpretive analysis begins.
Case Intake Workbook — Fill-in Companion Resource
The NRGscapes LAB UAP Video & Imaging Case Intake Workbook is the practical fill-in companion to the technical guide. It provides structured tables, checklists, and case-record sections to use whenever new video or imaging evidence is acquired. The workbook helps users capture essential details such as witness/source information, date and time, location, viewing direction, device and file metadata, chain of custody, screening actions, frame extraction notes, and remaining evidence gaps. It is intended to make the intake process faster, more consistent, and easier to audit, ensuring that every case begins with a clear evidence record before moving into conventional screening and advanced image analysis.
Internal screening and reporting infrastructure
The following proprietary resources extend the intake workflow into automated conventional-source screening, case-level results management and structured report generation. They are presented to demonstrate NRGscapes LAB’s internal analytical capability but are not publicly available for download or distribution.

NRGscapes LAB Automated Screening Technical Use Manual — Version 1.2
The NRGscapes LAB Automated Screening Technical Use Manual provides the controlled operational guidance for using the automated screening workbook and its companion search and reporting system. It documents the complete workflow, from creating a Case ID and registering multiple evidence items through to configuring and running astronomy, aviation, satellite and weather searches, reviewing automated outputs, interpreting limitations and producing a traceable case report.
Version 1.2 includes guidance for the workbook’s automated Word-report generation, report-ready Excel export tables, generated-report register, version-controlled report folders and standalone report-regeneration function. It also distinguishes clearly between user-entered information, automatically populated outputs and analyst-reviewed conclusions.
The manual is maintained as a controlled reference document to ensure that cases are processed consistently and that the analytical workflow remains reproducible, auditable and appropriately qualified. It is a proprietary NRGscapes LAB resource and is not publicly available for download, reproduction, redistribution or external circulation. The cover is presented as an overview of the internal technical documentation underpinning the system.
