The UAP and NHI disclosure conversation is moving faster than the research infrastructure needed to examine what is emerging. Testimony, imagery, public datasets and government material continue to enter the public domain, but disclosure alone does not create reliable knowledge. Evidence must still be screened, measured, compared against conventional sources, analysed transparently and reported with clear limits. Without that capability, there is a real risk that disclosure simply produces a larger archive of claims without bringing us any closer to understanding what the evidence actually represents.

NRGscapes LAB has now reached a stage where its work extends far beyond a single project. Our portfolio spans Pilbara field investigations, multi-sensor research design, automated evidence-screening workbooks, peer-reviewed and publication-facing research, experiencer datasets, UAP morphology, engineering translation, education and mobile laboratory capability development. That growth is why we are establishing a dedicated Funding and Strategic Partnerships pathway. The aim is to make it clear how stakeholders can support the wider NRGscapes research platform, or separately engage with the defined three-year Pilbara Anomalous Signatures Research Program.

The distinction matters. Our Sponsorship and Systems Partnership Prospectus is designed to help build the field, sensing, computing and analytical capability needed for sustained work. The Pilbara program applies that capability to a specific outcome-neutral research question: whether repeatable optical, infrared, electromagnetic, radar or environmental signatures can be detected and distinguished from conventional objects, environmental effects and sensor artefacts. One pathway builds the infrastructure. The other funds a defined program of measurement, exclusion, validation and reporting.

Disclosure may open the door, but funded research capability determines whether we can understand what lies beyond it. The next phase cannot be based only on attention, belief or the continued release of material. It requires instruments, field access, data systems, analytical workflows, independent review and research programs capable of surviving scrutiny. Fund the research. Build the capability.
