Turning Pixel Geometry into a Research Tool

This week we have been refining the package for stakeholders, funders, and future peer-reviewed publication.

This week at NRGscapes LAB has been focused on further developing the Pixel Geometry analysis package so it is not just a workbook, but a clear and practical resource for stakeholders, funders, and research collaborators. The package is designed to show how UAP video frames can be measured in a more structured way, using camera settings, pixel dimensions, angular estimates, object position, replicate frame measurements, and uncertainty-bounded outputs. The next step is especially important: we are about to apply our own dataset to the workflow, using real NRGscapes field material to test the method, refine the outputs, and build toward a peer-reviewed paper. It is careful, technical work, but it matters because it helps move the conversation from interesting footage to transparent measurement, defensible analysis, and publishable research.
